Two Health Facilities Building in Pulchowk sealed after staffer tests positive for COVID-19
Two health facilities Building in Pulchowk — Nidan Hospital and Aarogya Foundation — has been sealed off after a staffer was detected with COVID-19 infection.
The female staffer working at Aarogya Foundation was detected with coronavirus infection, on Tuesday.
She had called an ambulance from Nidan and visited Teku-based Sukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital after suffering some problems in her health, focal person Bhandari added.had travelled to Sunsari on April 21 and returned to Bhaktapur on May 11 on a relative’s motorbike.
She then gave her sample for testing at Teku hospital and returned home. According to Bhandari, the staffer has not entered the hospital premises after returning from Sunsari. However, the driver of the ambulance and another staff member accompanying him had returned to Nidan Later.
The driver and the other staffer have been referred to Patan Hospital for testing, said Bhandari.
